প্রশ্নে বলা হচ্ছে, R কর্পোরেশনের 4 টি কোম্পানির প্রত্যেককে 700,000 টাকা করে এবং ঐ কর্পোরেশনের অপর 3 কোম্পানির প্রত্যেককে 112,000 টাকা করে ঋণ মঞ্জুর করা হলে ঐ কর্পোরেশনের প্রত্যেকে গড়ে কত টাকা করে ঋণ পেল?

The sum of credit of 4 subsidiaries $= 700,000 \times 4 = 28,00,000$Tk.

And, the sum of credit of other 3 subsidiaries $= 112,000 \times 3 = 3,36,000 Tk.$

∴ Sum of credit of (3+4)= 7 subsidiaries = 28,00,000+ 3,36,000 = 31,36,000 Tk.

∴  Average line of credit  $= \frac{3136000}{7}= 4,48,000 Tk.$

প্রশ্নে বলা হচ্ছে যে, একজন ব্যবসায়ী 60 টাকা দিয়ে একটি জ্যাকেট কিনে তার মূল্য এমনভাবে নির্ধারণ করলো যাতে 60 টাকার সাথে বিক্রয় মূল্যের 25% যুক্ত হয়। এরপর জ্যাকেটটি বিক্রয়ের সময় ব্যবসায়ী 20% ছাড়ে তা বিক্রয় করলো। এতে ব্যবসায়ী মোট কত টাকা লাভ হলো?

We can let the selling price of the jacket is Tk. x 

That means, this x will be equal to (60 + 25% of x)

So, we can write up

In the above argument, we see the author establishes a positive relationship between interest rate and demand for goods and services. According to the statement, low demand for goods and services cause recession of an economy. So comparing with the above mentioned reasoning we can establish another relationship between inflation and unemployment. In macroeconomics, there is a peculiar relationship between inflation and unemployment. This relationship is actually a short run trade off. A high inflation rate in the economy causes low level of unemployment. On the other hand, a very low level inflation rate generates higher level of unemployment. Policymakers can choose anyone out of the two.

In 1958, economist A.W Phillips revealed this trade off. The greater the aggregate demand for goods and services, the greater the economy's output and the higher level of price level. The higher the price level, the higher the rate of inflation. Higher level of inflation points out lower unemployment. In contrast, lower level of inflation points out higher level of unemployment.

Sub: Prayer for recruiting additional guards on ground of security.

Dear sir, 

I have the due respect to inform you about the fact that our branch has only three security guards which is very risky for our branch as these guards can not maintain their 24 hours time among them. Besides, another point is that it is very difficult for us to safeguard the vault and Bank's property with the lack of security guards. Moreover, we can not get all three guards at the same time. But we are badly in need of them while sending money to the head office. So, to ensure the security and safety, we need another three security guards to run the branch properly.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you will consider the above mentioned matter seriously and will take necessary steps to recruit additional guards for our branch and oblige me thereby.

আসুন Author উপরে উল্লিখিত Statement এ কি বলেছেন সেটা আগে বুঝে নেই। প্রথমে বলা হলো যে, যখন প্রত্যেক ছাত্রকে তার পাঠ্যপুস্তকের বিষয়বস্তুগুলো নিয়ে সমানভাবে শিক্ষা দেয়া হয় তবে সেই শিক্ষা গ্রহণের হার, গুণ ও তার পরিমাণ এক ছাত্র থেকে অন্য ছাত্রে ভিন্নতর হবে। অন্যদিকে সকল ছাত্রকেই যদি একটি বিষয়ে Special শিক্ষিত করতে হয় তবে কোনো কোনো ছাত্রের Special care লাগে। এখন প্রশ্ন হলো উপরের উভয় বক্তব্যই সঠিক হলে তাদের নিয়ে আমরা কি উপসংহার টানতে পারি?

The following conclusion can be drawn from the above statement: To make good at any subject, students are badly needed of special type of care though all the student may not equally acquire same knowledge. It will differ from one student to another student.
